Literally the worst! They tried to sell me an older model for more than a brand new 2021!No response when I told them what I wanted, and know what the car is worth. This will be my 3rd Lexus, I know what they cost. Now I have received no response from the initial person I spoke with, but about 6 emails from random sales people there. I told them to remove my name, and I still get more emails! Want a new Lexus, Lexus of N. Miami is awesome!
