Stayed 5/6/17 in room 736, jacuzzi in champagne tower didn't work, steam shower didn't work nor did advertised Bose stereo system. I called front desk at 10:30 pm to address tower and never heard a word back called again at 12:15 am desk said maintenance left for the night. Woke up went to take a steam shower and that didn't work. Called and spoke to Front Desk Manager Brian, he was not helpful and condescending he stated facility is old and needed upgrades and offered no solution to my problems I encountered with my stay. I highly recommend thinking twice before staying in this out dated getaway. I'm beyond upset with the whole situation.
