The healthcare I received was good and I have no issues there. My main problem is with the way this hospital deals with Financial Aid. First of all, there is financial aid or financial services office, which is a HUGE problem. Second, when you receive financial aid, there is not a single piece of documentation that shows the discounts, which is also a HUGE problem when the other doctors and labs that bill you will match your discount if you can show documentation, which you can't because the Hospital says no such documentation exists. IT IS A FREAKING NIGHTMARE!!!!!
