Meh. Unwilling to negotiate. Glad to make promises of things they'll do after the sale, however. But, not willing to actually do those things unless you harass them into doing it. Still waiting. :)
They kept bothering me to review them on Google, even though I warned that they haven't yet fulfilled their end of the deal fully. Heard excuses that "that part was someone else". From my perspective though, that is to say a customer, you represent the company. When you make a promise that "someone else" is meant to deliver, I still expect you to deliver. You wanted the review, you've got it.
