Had a very pleasant experience buying a car at Prestman Auto. Trevor Durfey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.I was not familiar with branded titles but he explained everything and I felt comfortable with my purchase. The most enjoyable part was not feeling the pressure and haggling that comes with buying a car. My husband and I even left and went home to think about our purchase and do some cost comparison and we never once felt pressured. Trevor even encouraged us to take as much time as we needed. It was nice to test drive the car alone. The financing process was fast and everything was explained clearly. The only thing I thought was a bit odd was the destination fee. My understanding is they get their cars from out of state and this is the was they recoup their fee to get he cars her. Not sure if charging that fee to the customer is the way to go. Overall had an excellent experience and would definitely buy from them again, and have even recommended to friends already.
