I got the pleasure of working with Mr. Querry as a first time home buyer. I was brand new to the process and less than knowledgeable when it came to knowing what to look out for on an inspection. Matt was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when it came to the inspection, professional in explaining what he was inspecting, as well as prompt in delivering his findings. He has a background as an actual builder, so he knew what to look for in a way that a lot of other inspectors wouldn't have. Any questions or concerns that I had he was not only happy to answer, but provided an expert response. Communicating with him via email and text was also very convenient. I would absolutely recommend him to all of my friends and family!
