I went in with a failed macbook pro that was under warranty and the genius service tech quickly assessed the issue and a tech genius notified me that i could possibly loose my hard drive information which was discomforting considering Under the current condition of the laptop backing up the data would be almost impossible. A note was made to the repair service order and thankfully i did not loose my data . 6 Business Days later i received my laptop at my residence in perfect working order. It would have been 4 business days but thanks to a recent storm it delayed logistics for fedex causing an extra two day delay. Im happy and i hope my logic board wont fail again
