After charging my credit card for an appraisal it took 7 days to get an appraiser to actually contact me, after making repeated phone calls. The appraiser they hired was bottom of the barrel, RTS appraisals, who did an appraisal using comps outside of my area and school district. The appraisal came in so low it ruined my refinance. It was $30,000 less than my appraisal 2 years before in a appreciating market. Streetlinks was no help and the appraiser wouldn't even respond to my rebuttal. If I refinance again I will ask if streetlinks is used and not refinance if so.
