RUDE STAFF AND SUPERVISOR! Supervisor talked to me beyond very rude not to mention hung up in my face not once but twice! She didn't care to listen to any word I had to say, but expected me to do the same for her. These people don't care about your wellbeing or even if you'll be able to make it month to month. They talk to you like your ignorant and don't have sense. They honestly need more than one Houston location because they're obviously overworked by the volume of people they deal with on a daily.
