After waking up one morning and taking a cold shower I called Family Danz to come look at my water heater. This was during winter shortly after a snow storm and they were of course quite bust. The employee spent their time advising me on cost of repair vs replacement and which options might suit me best. At no time did I feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Their quote was lower than local competitors with similar ratings and they scheduled the job much more rapidly. The technicians that arrived were friendly and accommodating. The job was completed rapidly and when they cleaned up and left you could not tell that work had been completed, shiny new water heater aside. I would not hesitate to contact Family Danz for future HVAC needs or to recommend them to my family and friends.
