I would give a zero if that is possible. I canceled my insurance with them and it has been over 54 days and I am still waiting for my refund check. I have made multiple calls and on each of those calls the agents told me that my refund is in the mail. The last agent I spoke to said his name is Quincy and would not pass me on to a supervisor but would have a supervisor call me back.
