a few years ago - sales person sold a car that I was on my way to buy. He called me to tell me a car was available, I told him I wanted it and that I would be there shortly. I started driving to the dealer and the same sales person called me back to tell me he sold it to someone else. A half-hour of driving for nothing. He then called me back later trying to sell me a different car that wasn't even what I was looking for. I actually bought my Audi in California and it was probably the least stressful process considering I had to fly down there to even see the car in person and they held it for me knowing that I was on my way.

now - parts dept couldn't tell me a very simple part number for a trim piece clip (Genuine VW Audi 4A0867276A to be exact after my own research) told me I would have to buy an entire new panel because the clips don't come separately.

I'm steering clear of any "autonation" dealer as it appears they don't care about the customer and are not knowledgeable about the cars they sell.
