I visited ur restaurant this morning 12:10 pm with reservation.

I understand the popularity of ur place , there was a long line today when I arrived , as the first timer, I tried to approach the waiter to get understanding of how long I might have to wait, however after 3 times attempting to get His attention, he completely ignored me, with no eye contacts, arrogantly bypassed me to another customer.

It might not be his intention, the impact simply can not be overlooked as racism and sexism. The arrogance carrying from this staff is very much unacceptable. And I shall not put his name here.

I am utterly disappointed to this incident, which is not professional or with any equal respect to your customers.
