Very satisfied with the services provided by Gavin Fong and our new rental! After subletting for a number of years, my partner and I decided it was time to sign a lease of our own. We had never thought to use an agent for a rental before, but I m sure glad we did! Gavin worked night and day to find properties that matched our very specific search criteria. He took the guess work out of navigating fly-by-night Craigslist and Kijiji ads and had access to a number of properties not publicly listed. Gavin worked around our schedule and organized viewings. When we found a unit we loved, he guided us through the rental application process and promptly submitted our application on our behalf. He even ensured the unit was professionally cleaned prior to our arrival!
