I used to go through Michals Insurance for my automobile insurance. I loved Michals when my original agent, Vanessa, was working there. When Vanessa left, Leann took over my policy and I regret to say she has the worst customer service.
Everytime I'd try to ask her a question, she would talk over me as if she knew what I wanted to ask her. When I asked her to explain the various charges and when the policy expired, she huffed and said "what part of this do you not understand?"
For someone who works with the public on an everyday basis, you'd figure she'd be a little nicer to her policy holders.
If you decide to go through Michals, pray to whatever God you believe in that you don't get Leann as your agent.
