I had a water heater replaced and a small utility sink installed, and a toilet flush repaired. I was charged$ 4972.00. I had already signed up for a service plan before work began. The following month they sent someone out for a furnace inspection he found two parts to be faulty. He repaired them, so no replacement parts. That was $1100. I had called for more info on the service plan I was told that I could cancel it anytime I wanted. When I tried to cancel I was told that it was a 12-month contract and I either had to pay $507.00 to cancel or keep it for 12 month. I paid the money and found a new one elsewhere.
