I'm an American business traveler.. stayed for 3 days. I had also booked another room for my business partner.

I highly recommend you try this hotel. The staff was terrific and very attentive.

My arrival was around 11pm. I requested a room with a single bed after finding I was booked with two singles. The agent was very accommodating and made the change.

The room was on the larger side, quite, very clean and with a desk and a separate comfortable chair. Lot's of closet space, stocked refrigerator and an assortment of toiletries.

The cafe has a full buffet and there is a very nice restaurant on the top of the building with a spectacular view over looking Cebu.

The location is up on a hill. There is taxi service, although the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the malls.

Each time I had an inquiry, the staff members very friendly and helpful.
