I am working with this organization from last 3.5 ...

I am working with this organization from last 3.5 years. I have seen their bad time as well as the good times. Every company has their pros and cons, and its very hard to satisfy all the employees at the same time. Just want to say one thing that I am very thankful to be associated with this organization because when in this current situation people are getting laid off or not getting full payments every month due to pandemic , I am receiving my full salary every month.
