Great location, good comfy bed, but very bad experience. On top of listed price, they take extra 40+USD for facility fee . Yes, they can charge same amount of money and I ll be feeling okay. But telling you to pay extra 40 at the desk?? Come on, you should do better.
And the reception simply gave me a word: it s ok to talk to your agency to cancel, and we are fully booked tonight.
What an attitude!!
