Had a technician named Seth do annual maintenance on our oil-fired low-pressure hot water heating system and on our summer air conditioners as well. His work was completed in a professional manner and he explained in clear terms what he was doing and why he was doing the steps he performed. I would peg this young man as an asset to Appleton Campbell's workforce.
