Extremely professional and friendly experience throughout. Customer service (Renee Davis) was polite and helpful with scheduling. The technician (Ethan) arrived on time and was extremely polite, professional and informative. He answered all of my questions. Ethan went over the status of my 2 heating units and made recommendations for their most efficient operation. I love the comfort that is provided by having a maintenance agreement with Appleton Campbell, knowing my units will be inspected twice a year. I will be using them for all my future cooling and heating maintenance. Highly recommended.
