I needed a mat for my home gym in my basement. I am in the process of recuperating from a fall and needed to comfortably perform my physical therapy exercises. The staff provided excellent suggestions! I hadn't thought of covering the beam in the basement, too! The staff even helped me determine the correct sized mats so that I could easily carry to the basement. The mats and beam padding arrived as promised. I am so happy to be able to strengthen my muscles at home. Thank you AK Athletic team!
