My family is very disappointed with the experience...

My family is very disappointed with the experience we had here. We purchased a brand new 2021 Ford F150 and with it the paint protection ($750) to make the long story short, we were told VERY different things at the time of purchase and after the application time. At first the sales department implied that the paint protection is like a detail with the addition to protecting the longevity of the paint. At the time of pick up the truck was noticeably dirty. Water spots everywhere, dirt still caked on , and residue on the door panels. We were very disappointed with the finish product and to put the icing on top the service tech was honest and spoke up about the sales department misinforming the customer about what they purchased and that it s happened to countless more customers. The issue I had was when I spoke to the customer service lady she was dry, rude, snobby like if our experience didn t matter to them nothing customer orientated. There were two other employees with the same stink eye one of them being Jesse. As someone who works in emergency medical services it is our job to address concerns in a respectful manner and no I m not using my job to act entitled I m just saying how my experience was with capital Ford.
