Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I only have two small complains:
1. I had to walk around and wait for like minutes before I found a sales consultant. I was ready to buy a car!

2. All luxury dealers, forget about luxury, even Honda and Toyota dealerships offer free coffee, drinks and snacks. But not BMW of sterling- I found that to be just cheap!
