We had 2 adults 3 children we booked a room based on the website states they had a pool, free breakfast and free parking we checked in the pool is closed and you have to pay for breakfast we went to the room and it had 1 king size bed... we went to ask for 2 beds they refused to help us at all because we booked third party so they said we had to call them, the company we booked through said if they'd cancle our reservation they'd fix it... these people REFUSED to help... I will NEVER book with a Radisson ever again. They truly DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS
