I purchased 20 acres from Ranch enterprise Live oak Creek Ranch in Eden, TX about 2 year's ago. They claim on the website to have Exotics such as Axis, Sika, Blackbuck. That's no longer true. I've been feeding and have game cams, and not once has there been an Exotic. I have tried several times to talk to them about a solution. They have pretty much said, screw you. Their website is misleading and FALSE advertising at this point. I also noticed they have two tracts that were foreclosed on, and are reselling under this FALSE ADVERTISING EVEN AFTER BRINGING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION. Be aware the land isn't worth anything near what they're asking. And it's very expensive to drill water, and run electric out there.
