Scoring with 2 stars comes because telephone attention is impossible, we have been calling to make an inquiry for two days, I get a speech saying that the lines are busy to wait, and wait because they never take it or else it gives you a signal and Calls up without anyone taking it. Forcing you to lose a minimum of one morning to go to make an inquiry.
