Just prior to my planned return to Virginia from vacation in Rhode Island, my water pump failed. The service department of BMW of Warwick was able to immediately schedule my car as an emergency repair. In less than two days my car was diagnosed and repaired. A special thanks to Service Advisor Ben Johnston for managing the process and getting me back behind the wheel as quickly as possible.Even though I live in Virginia, BMW of Warwick will be on my dealer list for my next BMW. What better way to spend time than driving a brand new BMW from Rhode Island to Virginia.
