Review of Pillar and Post Hotel

Disappointed!

Disappointed!

I was looking forward to my massage. Left disappointed!

In have frequented competitors facilities and would not return back to Pillar to Post.

Pros:

great pool staff, good food/portions, warm outdoor pool water

Cons:

Over-priced. $140 plus tax for 50 minute massage. No option for 60 minute massage.

Change rooms- Basics necessities missing in change-room - no cotton swabs, no bags for wet bathing suits . Crowded.

Massage rooms - small and hot. Uncomfortable

Massage- poor.

Front desk staff- unfamiliar w industry. Could not answer basic questions. Instead choose to make things up, complain about management/lack of team meetings, and spoke about her other career . Rude
