The hotel is very well located and has a great and clean pool with lots of shady areas around it.
Breakfast in the morning is mediocre if at all. Since this is not our first hotel in Thailand, we know that there is another way. The coveted items are either not there or empty quickly, with the warm dishes the filling takes comparatively long and the desserts are more mass than great.
Furthermore, the WiFi is so slow and unreliable that various hotel guests have already switched to Thai SIM cards.
Except for a few hotel employees, the English really leaves a lot to be desired ... at least I hope, or the service is just bad.
What you have to praise is the staff at the reception and the cleaning staff in the rooms and at the pool. We were all very satisfied with that, even when we booked excursions.
