Although i enjoyed the house I rented from them this company took (or stole) my money. I left the house just as clean as when i moved in and yet they charged me for "touch-up" and "carpet cleaning". Ridiculous. $800 that should have been returned to me. I even have pics of the final product. I'll never go to these people again nor will I recommend them to anybody. I emailed them and go no response. Doesn't seem like they care since it isn't their money. This company sucks!
