Lost the sale within 10 minutes of meeting my sales person (who's last day was the day I was there). If you're not going to give the sales people the authority to make the sale, then let them all go and the "managers" should be meeting the customers. I don't think she could have told me where the bathroom was without checking with her manager. Bought a new car the next day from a dealer down the street.
