I am a middle aged woman that bought a 2015 mustang. I had a great experience from beginning to end with Sound Ford in Renton. I initially found the car in the color I wanted on their website and sent a message to the dealership of my interest. I was called by Dane within 5 minutes to talk about arranging an appointment to come to the dealership the next day to drive the car. No pressure, just helpful. Okay....I am a single woman going to a car dealership with lots of apprehension about a hard sell. This was NOT my experience. I found Dane to be cordial and informational.....not at all like a stereotypical car salesman. I didn't feel any ageism or sexism from any of the staff, most importantly, Dane. The financing was seamless even though my credit is not perfection. I went by today at lunch to ask for help with troubleshooting the use of Sirius radio with the media system in the car with my Samsung Galaxy phone. Everyone was helpful, from management to Dane. We scheduled my first service appointment and they will call me to coordinate the date and time. I am comfortable when I come in to ask a question and everyone is kind, funny and respectful. What more can a girl ask for? I would highly recommend Sound Ford in Renton. Ask for Dane.....he is the best! :-)
