I need to respond to Diane Reddick review. It is truly an unfair review. We've had over 10 years or more a great relationship with her family, mostly her husband. If you go to our fb page you will see my response of all the free work we've done for her family over the years. This is the first time we ever charged a service fee, however the pump that was installed was one her husband purchased several years ago and he called and asked Greg to put it on, we typically don't do that however we did it for a favor. When she called because it wasnt working we went out to access the situation and it was a switch that was turned off. We charged her the min service to drive a truck to her house and she started all these negative comments on all our review pages. This is unfortunate because we've had years of great realtionship with this family and to see her unfairly rate our family is heartbreaking, I wish we could service everyone's pool free, however it does cost money to put a man in a truck and all the stuff that goes along with that. As far as I am concerned Diane Reddick is truly unfair and unjust.
