Intake people playing cards when my daughter arriv...

Intake people playing cards when my daughter arrived by ambulance from a severe car accident, nurse was very rude and dismissive when we asked questions and annoyed with us, people standing around chatting and laughing instead of helping patients, they never checked her neck or back....was told they were treating it like a sports injury. My daughter was in a car accident in a car going 50 mph and it totaled the car. The ambulance people told her she was lucky to be alive after looking at her car.
