After delivery of my twin babies, National DME sent me a bill for $29 for medical equipment used during our stay in the hospital. We paid our bill in full. Two months later, National DME sent me a second bill for $3.25 threatening me to take Legal Action against me for "balance past due even though we have sent you a statement of charges" I never received such communication. I gladly paid the $3.25 that National DME probably didn't get paid by my insurance. I, however, do not enjoy being threatened this way. National DME: Your bad manners are only exceeded by your bad manners.
