The service is really poor, the attitude of all employees is really concerning considering this is a costumer facing company. The issue get never sorted, they simply procrastinate. And apparently they provide bathroom without windows nor extractor. Remove items if unnecessary is a lost cause. Honestly if I knew it I would have never taken it
