After a very specific, yet seemingly casual, conversation with the folks at Zicasso about our likes and dislikes, we were presented with two travel companies for South America. We were to visit with both and then select a favorite to work with (sort of Bachelorette-style).
We ultimately selected one of the companies. After a detailed conference call with two trip planners, we settled in to see what they might come up with. Within a few days, and armed with the previous Zicasso information and the ideas gleaned from our conference call, we began receiving proposed itineraries and options; the possibilities were amazing...and because of their adept listening skills, each adventure was enticing and felt personally selected for our travel goals.
At the end of the day, we had a wonderful schedule balanced between down time, on-our-own time, and exciting adventures. It was just what we wanted.
The excursions were affordable, the transfers were just when we needed them, and the hotels were fabulous! We could not have asked for a better land package.
Payment was easy and secure. Our on-the-ground contact was at our fingertips the entire trip. We were very well taken care of, and we'll use Zicasso and the travel planners again.
