A mere few years ago, you'd submit a claim and it went through with NO problem and you were reimbursed readily. During that time, I would give Chard Snyder 5 stars! Now, I'd say within the last two years, you submit a claim. You are LUCKY if you get notification it was denied. For me, MORE THAN ONCE you just get the feeling when you haven't received your payment and you've had no notification that you better call them. You call them and THEN they confirm it was denied, even though you have been reimbursed for the SAME services prior AND you submitted the Medical Necessity Form and the EXACT SAME paperwork you submitted years prior.
