Good on the install. TERRIBLE on the follow up. I would not recommend.
While on hold (ignore) the young lady griped to a co-worker about another disgruntled customer for about 3 minutes. Without pause she came back on and said I can't find what you need. I KNOW she didn't even look. There's much more to this story but enough with the rant.
