Terrible experience. Called because they locked my...

Terrible experience. Called because they locked my account and I paid everything I needed to and they said when I do that I will be 2 days and my account will be unlocked. It's day 3 and I called and they are now saying it can take up to 2 weeks. I got lied to and I can't even talk to my loved one... Wow!
