I have been banking with HSBC USA for a few years ...

I have been banking with HSBC USA for a few years now and I am overall satisfied with their services. The online banking platform is easy to navigate and the customer service representatives are helpful. However, I have had some issues with the mobile app not functioning properly. Despite this, I would still recommend HSBC USA for their reliable banking services.
