I find it amazing that you have the time to reply to my wife's post and write blatant lies but apparently you do not the time to manage property's as you are paid to do? Very interesting.
In regards to the chickens you mentioned, (I am still pondering as to why you brought this up?) we were not informed about them being sick. It was only after the tenants vacated and we noticed that one was missing and we enquired where it was that we were told of what happened. I have seen no proof that the chicken was taken to the vet so your comment is just here-say. We would have preferred to be notified when this occurred - instead we were left to deal with 2 very devastated children when they discovered that one missing and we had no idea what happened.
The damage to the wall should have been reported immediately however the tenants decided to take it upon themselves to do a dodgy repair. Had we been informed of this promptly, instead of me finding the damage in the final inspection, it would have saved us time and money in repairs. It cost us over $2000 to repair. We also lost money in rental income as it took us a while to find someone to do these repairs over the Christmas period.
The tenants also asked to leave early as they were moving to the hills due to work commitments so we kindly gave them this option - not the other way around.
It is not surprising that I see so many terrible reviews about your company online. I am just so grateful that Housesmart no longer manage our property and that we now have an excellent and very professional property management team.
It is important that I write this review online so other people are aware of your very unprofessional service as we do not wish to see others suffer as we have.
