I've been crossfitting for 4+ years all over the world. I've never been to a CrossFit gym quite like this one. You are not just a member here; you are part of the family. Casey and JJ and their crew of talented coaches welcome you from day one. Besides the incredible community here, JJ makes some of the best programming I've seen, and I've made more improvements in the past 8 months I've been at CFL than all the work I did in the other 3 years at other facilities. As a female, it is so refreshing to see this successful female owned business thrive! Also, they have an awesome barbell club that just started and is already making waves at USAW lifting meets.
