Decided to visit the albany franchise tonight, place was not very busy as it was 9pm, plenty of staff working but totally unorganized, no mention of the daily specials, half the order was forgotten about and only two of the four meals were served... after bringing this to the waiters attention they explained there had been a muck up with the order, other two meals finally arrived long after the other two peoples meals at the table had been finished.. Waiter did apologize and offered two free deserts, we then explained we didn't want desert as we were late to be somewhere else and two of the people at the table were diabetics! I have always been a fan of the lone star chains across New Zealand but this would have to be one of the most disorganized and worst service i have experienced, so much i wont be returning. Seems to be a recurring experience as i have two other friends who visited two weeks ago and swear they will also never return! #WorstLoneStarInNZ?!
