UPDATE: I love that even though they have my information they contacted my dad(a male) to "apologize" but not me(female). I see they responded to me and told me to call Jeremy, who took my info as well, on my last visit there, and promised to contact me. Why should I call anyone to resolve an issue when I had been trying for over a month and none of these people got back to me like they were supposed to? I still have never heard from anyone. This is a joke. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not ever go to this place, they dont respect you or your time.

My father has been coming to this dealership since we moved to Arizona in 2001. Because he always trusted them I continued going when I was started driving in 2005. I have gone out of my way and travelled(most recently)an hour to this location for service and I am done. Now when things went wrong with my car, I would take it in to be serviced. John Sheldon was the service guy I always dealt with and he will RIP YOU OFF faster than you can blink if you are a female. Now I can only assume this discriminatory behavior is because I'm a female, because of these reasons. The last time I saw him I knew exactly what the problem was, not uncommon. I didnt have the tools to fix it myself, like my dad and I normally do, and he tried to tell me more was wrong with my car. I told him I only needed the 1 problem fixed he was very pushy and argumentative that I NEED the rest fixed until he realized who my dad was. He immediately stopped pushing the other "very important" things that "needed to be repaired ASAP" and said "okay yeah we will just do what you came for" and was very nice to me after. This is not uncommon behavior from John. He has done it a few times to me, but He NEVER pulls this kind of behavior with my younger brother or father. Ever since then my dad will take my car for me and he never has any problems. Go figure huh. Most recently, I was in a hit and run and was wanting to take my car in to the collision center. I called every week for a month and left voice mails every time and never got a call back. I finally went in on Saturday morning to try and talk to someone in person. Well the girl at the front desk informed me the collision center is closed on weekends but the manager for that area was in and she would try to get him to help me out. He ended up telling her he was busy with a car and wouldn't talk to me but had me leave my name and phone number and promised he would contact me personally on Monday(yesterday)to handle this. Well its Tuesday and I haven't heard from him. This was the final straw. I will NEVER come back to this location and I urge everyone to find a different location who actually will care.
