I ve noticed that my vocal range for singing has been decreasing through time and I was getting some hoarseness. My speaking voice has been getting weak, too. I thought it was just from teaching high school chemistry with a mask on.

I was referred to a voice therapist who told me I should get a Laryngoscopy to make sure we weren t dealing with any pathology.

The procedure at Boulder Valley ENT was painless and fun! When I asked if I could have photos or a video of the procedure the doctor accommodated me without skipping a beat. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and extremely good at communicating.

I left with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. I also learned more about my anatomy than I ever knew before. I left feeling hopeful!

While I was there I noticed on a poster that people over age 50 should get hearing screening. I asked if I could get screened today, and they squeezed me in and made it happen! I have never felt so attended to.
