I went here back in June to get my laptop fixed (under warranty). I told them exactly what the issue was and what I believed would fix it (based on Lenovo forums). After they failed to replicate the issue, I asked them to try again. They then claimed they identified the issue and it was the charging cord. They replaced it. Lo and behold, this didn t resolve the issue with the battery! I now have to take my laptop back for the 3rd time in a year for the same issue, but I will not be taking it back here.
