With only one exception, I have had great continuous NBN internet for the past two years. During my internet failure, I was up and running again within the hour, thanks to the knowledgeable technicians.
I have only two negative comments.
1. Wait times for phone assistance has always been longer than 30 minutes.
2. I have had 3 Fetch mini boxes and they all suffer intermittent failures on playback. The replay will freeze without warning and you will lose your recording because the box needs to be restarted.
Other than the above issues, I am happy with the reliable NBN that I enjoy.
