We received absolutely first class assistance here today... the Receptionist, Sales Manager and Pascal, the guy who would usually focus on motorhome furniture fittings/modifications were all extremely helpful when we had an electrics problem whilst on holiday.

We called in as Dicar was the nearest Carthago dealer to us when we had a power failure in our motorhome. Despite the fact that they are not the dealer who sold us the Motorhome, or the fact that they had no dedicated mechanics on site, they welcomed us (and our dog), and Pascal immediately had a look into the issue. As suspected we had a failed 50amp fuse, and Pascal was able to find a spare part and replace it for us. Once proven to be resolved we were on our way (holiday) once again...
